A Michigan native, Pat Darras has been working in Cleveland, Tennessee since 1989. She has worked in the mortgage lending and title insurance business since 1977. With forty-two years of experience, Pat can help you and your family through the closing process.
Pat has been with EquiTitle, Inc. for sixteen years. In that time, she has helped countless Tennesseans realize their dreams of owning a home. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and can answer your questions, making sure you fully understand every aspect of the process.
When she is not working, Pat enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys boating on the Tennessee River when the weather cooperates. Pat loves the Chattanooga area and is always happy to help another individual or family take root in this part of the South.
